18th Century Shirt

This project was my first venture into learning historical sewing techniques. The basic building blocks of this kind of shirt are very simple, entirely consisting of squares and rectangles, so I took the opportunity to entirely hand stitch it like it would have been done in the past. I learned many wonderful techniques in hand-sewing by completing this project and important technical knowledge when it comes to historical garment construction.
