50s Inspired Dress

This 50s-inspired dress was one of the first pieces that I made when I started sewing. I learned so many fundamental sewing skills while completing this project, such as how to read sewing patterns, how to make alterations to patterns, techniques for proper garment construction, and how to finish the raw seams, just to name a few.
